Sage Solution Providers and other attendees of last week’s Sage Software Insights conference held in National Harbor, MD were the first to get a look at the newest release of Visual Impact, a configurable manufacturing system well-suited to the SMB market.
While Visual Impact (VI) has previously been implemented exclusively as a custom-configured product, VI 8.5 is now available in a more traditional release style. Still available as a configurable, modular solution, Visual Impact is now available as a packaged solution, and a tight integration with Sage Accpac ERP has been built. The application was acquired by Pinstripe last September with specific plans to take it to market through the Sage Channel.
